WEBSITES MUST BE ADA COMPLIANT

The Americans with Disabilities Act guarantees equal access and enjoyment of "places of public accommodations". The Department of Justice and the courts have made it clear that websites and mobile apps are such places and therefore protected by the ADA. The WCAG 2.1 A, AA serves as the de facto standard. Unless a website is specifically designed and built by a trained ADA compliant web designer, that website will be in violation of the ADA. Guaranteed.
