This first episode kicks off a project exploring how we grow and sustain a healthy mountain resort and recreation industry. Growth has been pretty much flat for as long as one can remember. Skier visits hover in the 50M zone and the number of people classified as skiers or riders has yet to reach 3% nationally in the US.

So, what are the barriers? What are our collective assets? How do we Move The Needle?

Our President, Dave Gibson, starts with Steve Wright, GM, and President of Jay Peak. Steve was thrown into the captain's seat in the spring of 2016 amidst scandal. He grabbed that wheel and delivered. How might his experiences apply to these questions for the industry?
