In today's digital world, universal access to digital content has become a basic human right. This right is being actively defended by the Department of Justice and organizations that serve those with disabilities. Unfortunately ethically challenged law firms see this opportunity and are jumping in aggressively.

Since 2015 there has been a great deal of litigation and subsequent rulings and settlements that have made it quite clear that website owners need to address accessibility as quickly as possible.

We have been actively working with clients to first guide and then to remediate their websites. We have learned a lot and wish to share our knowledge along the way.

So we have created a blog dedicated to ADA & WCAG conformity, website accessibility, universal design, and litigation avoidance.
