As resorts grow their quivers of 4 season amenities the tension between maintaining brand cohesion and individual brand identity is a challenge. In Mountain Creek's case their ski resort/terrain park, summer water park, adventure park, and mountain bike park are all significant operations with unique customers, cultures and brands.  Building multiple custom websites would have taken too long and cost too much. Our solution was to use the page layout of the recently redesigned winter site, and use it as a template for the others. We applied uniquely designed skins for each and did light feature customizations as well. Now each has a unique website with its own tone and style, but are tied together by a common design system. To cross promote the brands and make it easy for visitors to reach them all, we added a universal navigation bar  common across all sites.  Everyone's happy and we finished the project in two months - almost a month ahead of schedule.
